I truly hate to make this review because the technicians are very sweet. But I think this is too serious to go without saying. I posted a picture of different nails. Each are so damaged that it’s not possible for me to get my nails done until they fully grow out. I haven’t had my nails done in over a year, so they were in ample condition. I had my nails done 5 times this year (2.5 months of nails). 1 full set and 4 fill-ins. I had my nails done twice in May by my primary nail tech. Once in June by a secondary last minute option. And the last two times were at this location. You can see in the photo how deeply the nails were filed - compared to the initial technician. The divots were physically painful to touch as though the nail was almost completely missing. This can cause permanent damage.

My experience was one to remember the sweet lady at the front is so nice she is very patient they friendly like to laugh she is not rough with your hand 10/10 experience and let’s not let’s not forget the gentleman he is the sweetest ever

Was to busy watching something on his phone to pay attention to my nails. Cut me 7 different times. Polish and Acrylic all over my fingers not just my nail bed. Left my nails jagged and sharp. Oh and he called his kid inappropriate names. I work with special need kids and found it very offensive.

This is the only place I get my nails done. 💅 they do such a good job. Especially with the designs that I want.

Short wait, pleasant atmosphere and employees. Very happy with the final product AND process. She was so nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I WILL be back!! 😊
